I had two carne asada burritos last night for dinner and while they were delicious, I regretted it this afternoon as I bled anal chocolate milk for an hour.

Then I had a microwaved roast beef sandwich that I bought from QuikTrip and I regretted that this evening as I rectally discarded what felt like cottage cheese and pineapple chunks in a Hershey reduction sauce for another hour.

I just finished off my wife’s McFlurry, and no doubt in an hour I will be saying things like BOY ARE MY CHEEKS TIRED.

Night Oppo, rest well, and be sure to keep hydrated. Here is a picture of delicious deep fried Oreos.

worst part is when you know it’ll end badly but you just need to eat garbage anyway

I had garbage at work last night before my shift started. A couple of peppered steak pasties and a couple of coconut macaroons.

My body paid me back all through the shift.

Now I’m home I’m having broccoli and salmon in cheese sauce on tagliatelle pasta.

They weren’t great. Ginsters pasties are edible but certainly nothing to shout home about.

Breakfast just now was a little better.

Oh it was a Ginsters! That explains a bit. I haven’t been to the UK but I intend on trying one if I ever make it there.

Ginsters are okay at a push for a ready made pasty from a shop or supermarket but good quality fresh ones are best like Greggs.

Greggs

Honestly I’d just be happy with about a half dozen sausage rolls and a few hours.

Greggs was my favorite fast food when I lived in Cardiff. There’s a fond memory...

Greggs sausage rolls are the dogs proverbial

They are fantastic.

And even better. The supermarket, Iceland, sells them in store, frozen for you to make at home so you can have them any time of day you want and they taste the same as the bakery bought ones.

So true. A couple of cheese and bacon slices in the morning to start you off.

Then sausage rolls for lunch with a vanilla slice or doughnut.

Thankfully the cheese and bacon slices are so easy to make at home.

Rolled and sliced puff pastry, slice of bacon diagonally and a slice of mature white cheese on top, fold over the two loose corners and then put in the oven.
